Yes, we do have exit fees but only on all our Fixed Tariffs. This, however, does not apply to all the other tariffs we offer.
As a small supplier, we are not in a position yet to support feed-in tariffs at present. However, this does not completely deter you from joining GnERGY– by retaining your feed-in tariff with your old supplier.
The Fixed tariff(s) are the cheapest tariff we offer with monthly payments made through direct debit mandate. The benefit of online bills confirms easy access to your bills 24/7, it also allows you to update your account as and when required and importantly submit your meter readings online. It is not only a cost-effective method but environment friendly as well.
