Q: How long does it take to transfer my account to you?

The switching process can take up to a full length of 28 days. Don’t worry though, we will take care of all the details and keep you fully informed along the way. All we will ask from you is that you submit your meter readings around the switch over date.

Don’t worry if you are not able to submit a meter reading to us we will request an estimated reading to open your account.
